What makes The QT different from other kidswear brands?

The QT is joyful, stereotype-free kidswear made from GOTS-certified organic cotton and designed for circularity. Every piece is plastic-free — even the threads, buttons, and tags — and made to be loved, re-loved, and eventually biodegrade safely. We don’t do “girls’” or “boys’” clothes. Just adorable designs for every child, made kindly for people and the planet.

What does “designed for circularity” actually mean?

It means thinking beyond the first wear. Our clothes are made from natural materials that can be reused, recycled, or safely returned to nature. When your little one outgrows their QT, you can pass it on, send it back through our QT Re-Love initiative (coming soon), or compost pure-cotton elements. Fashion should never end up in landfill.

Are your clothes really plastic-free?

Yes — truly. We use no polyester, nylon, or acrylic in our fabrics, threads, labels, or buttons. The only exceptions are small elastic bands in waistbands and zippers on hoodies and vests. Everything else is natural, breathable, and kind to sensitive skin.

How do I care for my QT clothes?

• Wash inside out cold (30°C or below) with mild detergent.
• Avoid fabric softeners and always iron on reverse.
• Air dry flat - do not tumble dry - to keep prints perfect.
• Repair and rewear - we design with longevity in mind.

What sizes do you offer?

We make clothes for children aged 2–10 years, with flexible fits that grow with them. Each product page includes a detailed size guide with flat measurements.

Do you do bundles or gift options?

Absolutely! Our Bundle of Joy offers 3 tees for £55.50 (RRP £74) — a sustainable way to stock up or gift a little cuteness. All orders come beautifully wrapped in recyclable packaging, with the option to add a personal note.

Where are your clothes made?

Every QT piece is ethically made in small batches in Turkey, using GOTS-certified organic cotton from partners who share our values of kindness, quality, and transparency.

Are your designs unisex?

Yes! We believe clothes should express personality — not stereotypes. You’ll find puffins in Panama hats, hedgehogs with ice cream, and birds on skateboards… but no pink/blue labels. Just joyful, gender-neutral designs every child can love.

Are your clothes suitable for sensitive skin?

Definitely. Our organic cotton is hypoallergenic, breathable, and chemical-free, perfect for eczema-prone or sensory-sensitive children.

How do you ship and package orders?

We ship across the UK in plastic-free, recyclable packaging, sealed with paper tape. Orders usually arrive within 2–4 working days, and we reuse materials whenever possible.

What if I need to return or exchange something?
